I combine long-standing transformation experience with systemic coaching and modern AI architecture, from C-level strategy to effective implementation in daily operations.

I am Stephen Kunstmann, from the Black Forest – with a view of the whole system and the expectation that consulting must land in everyday work. Thirteen years as an officer in the German Armed Forces – including my degree – shaped how I lead: Inner Leadership (Innere Führung), treating people as thinking individuals who take responsibility, not as functions; and living in the situation (Leben in der Lage), reading what is actually happening, adapting and acting when the picture changes. Today I support organizations with change, leadership and AI – and I often notice the same thing: what matters is whether something is actually needed.

Honesty matters more to me than a quick deal – I once even lost a pitch because the client simply didn't need a big solution at the time. Six months later, he came back. That trust is the basis of every engagement for me.
